• Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule high-priority work, and protect time.
• Coordinate internal/external meetings with stakeholders, customers, partners, investors, and

• Oversee domestic/international travel logistics and associated arrangements.
• Handle expenses, invoices, approvals, and administrative tasks accurately.
• Maintain discretion handling confidential information and sensitive matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years supporting a CEO, founder, or senior leader in fast-moving environments.
• Experience in a technology company or high-growth startup environment.
• Exceptional calendar management, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proactive, proactive problem-solver who can manage competing priorities calmly.
