📋 Description

• Screen incoming calls, route and respond independently when possible.
• Maintain and update contacts in Outlook; manage calendars and gatekeep meetings.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings; enable large-scale video conferencing.
• Plan corporate events, travel itineraries, venues, logistics, and attendee materials.
• Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel; prepare detailed itineraries.
• Organize filing, reports, and meeting materials; manage ad-hoc projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of administrative support to C-level executives.
• Proactive, independent worker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; available evenings/weekends as needed.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet research skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
