DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Reporting directly to the President, North America, the Executive Assistant will provide executive support to the President and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external requests pertaining to the President or its executive team.

The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual should be able to exercise good judgment under pressure, work diligently and with discretion on confidential matters, have strong written and verbal communication, be well organized and have the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant should also be tech savvy in order to leverage tools and technologies available to bring more efficiency and effectiveness into work.

As the Executive Assistant, you will:

• Complete a broad variety of tasks for the President including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
• Work closely and effectively with the president to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
• Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" roles, creating win-win situations for direct access to the President's time.
