We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Agency Compensation & Incentives Analyst to join our Distribution organization. This role plays a critical part in the design, tracking, analysis, and optimization of agency sales compensation programs, achievement clubs, and sales incentive initiatives.
As a member of the Agency Compensation & Incentives team, you will leverage data, financial modeling, and performance analytics to evaluate compensation programs, develop actionable insights, and support leadership decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Distribution leaders, District Managers, and agency partners to drive profitable growth through effective incentive strategies and transparent performance reporting.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with complex datasets, building financial models, creating impactful dashboards, and influencing business outcomes through data-driven recommendations.
