Results to be achieved
The overall responsibility of this role will require strong organization, communication skills and knowledge of SAP financial and controlling functional areas, including asset management.
The Consulting Manager role:
Commercial responsibility:

Control and manage consulting projects - In Time / In Budget
Ensuring capacity utilization in the team through appropriate acquisition, coordination, and planning
Planning and controlling the budget of his team and the projects
Responsibility for budgeting, timing, and success of the projects

Manages Others:

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team
Conducting employee and salary talks within the budget
Definition of development plans for its employees
Professional mentoring

Distribution:

Independent acquisition of projects and orders (cost estimation, supply creation)
Account Manager for SNP Transformation, Inc
Responsibility for the utilization of the team (100%)
Support other customers in their area of responsibility
Organization, preparation, and presentation of "quarterly talks" with the customer
Organization for presenting SNP's development and sales activities to the customer
