1. Business Intelligence

• • Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing core KPIs, including ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Churn, LTV, and CAC
  • Interfacing with Accounting, IT and HR to optimize hiring, spending, and Close processes, among others.
  • Supporting commissions planning and actuals reconciliations

1. Executive & Board Support

• • Helping the CFO prepare financial reporting packages and presentations for the Board of Directors and investors.
  • Partnering with functional business leaders to support ad hoc analyses around strategic topics including, but not limited to future growth opportunities and efficiently scaling the business

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in a corporate finance role
• Experience working inside a B2B SaaS, AI or software company; understanding of subscription mechanics, KPIs and recurring revenue
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models. Also possess the ability to analyze complex data sets and distill down into key, actionable data points
• Detail oriented and organized with data integrity as a foundational principle
• Understanding of GAAP accounting concepts and how to apply them in a subscription based business model
• High-Trust individual contributor that can work largely independently and seeks out opportunities to operate more efficiently
• Problem solver that proactively identifies areas for improvement and offers solutions
• Good communicator with the ability to work cross functionally and influence decisions
• Proficiency with AI tools and an inclination to use them
• Experience with Quickbooks, Rippling, , Ramp and Salesforce is a plus

Compensation Philosophy:

Range: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 depending on location and level of experience. Plus bonus and equity.
