Division50 is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Full-Cycle Sales Executive to join Division50. This is a phone-first role where you'll be responsible for managing the entire sales process—from generating new business through outbound prospecting to closing deals with clients across the UK.

You'll represent one of Division50's clients, helping them grow their business by generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting and converting inbound leads into customers.

We're looking for someone who thrives on outbound sales, enjoys building relationships, and has the confidence to turn conversations into signed clients.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Reach out to all the inbound leads and turn them into customers

• Build and manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact through signed contract.

• Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospect's business, challenges, and objectives.

• Deliver compelling online sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms with decision-makers.

• Close new business and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.

• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle until a decision is reached.

• Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities, opportunities, and sales forecasts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings within the UK market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role with responsibility for both prospecting and closing.
• Experience selling into the UK market.
• A clear and natural UK accent is essential.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or selling hospitality-related solutions is highly preferred.
