The Opportunity

We are looking for a Full-Stack DevSecOps Engineer to join our globally distributed Engineering team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems across the entire technology stack, from the end-user desktop experience to cloud infrastructure, application performance, and security.

At CQ fluency, we believe the user experience starts at the desktop. Rather than treating desktop support as a separate function, we see it as the foundation of everything we build. You'll help ensure our employees can work efficiently while improving the systems, infrastructure, and applications that power our business in a regulated healthcare environment.

Additionally, you'll thrive in this role if you're naturally curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy taking ownership from beginning to end. We work in a Prompt-Driven Delivery (PDD) environment, where AI accelerates development and our engineers provide the judgment, verification, and accountability behind every solution. Your Impact

• Own and continuously improve the end-user desktop experience across Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Workspace, Intune, Amazon WorkSpaces, Microsoft 365, and specialized business applications.
• Support and optimize our cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, networking, identity management, and access controls across Microsoft Azure.
