Description:

• Seeking a Software Engineer for a 12-month engagement to develop and maintain web-based applications.
• Focus on Talent Matching, Talent Rediscovery, and related employer-facing experiences using OpenSearch or Elasticsearch and AI applications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in production software development.
• Proficiency in Ruby, C#, Java, or Python (Ruby on Rails preferred).
• Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills, including React.
• Full-stack experience with backend systems, APIs, and modern frontend development.
• Production experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, including indexing and query design.
• Experience with search, ranking, recommendation, or matching systems.
• Practical application of AI/ML techniques in production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
