The role

We're looking for a Growth Marketer to join our team and help take our enterprise user acquisition, engagement, and retention to the next level.

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, and retention channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and sales teams to build and execute data-driven campaigns that scale our user base, improve our onboarding process, and drive ongoing engagement with our platform.

What you'll do

Growth Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to acquire new users and retain existing customers.
• Optimize conversion rates across the entire user journey — from awareness and acquisition through to activation and retention.
• Identify and execute innovative marketing campaigns across channels, including email, content, paid media, email and partnerships.

Demand Generation

• Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and maximize ROI
• Measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns and other key performance metrics within the marketing funnel
• Own and manage lead nurture content and strategy to increase velocity of inbound leads
• Lead the marketing and sales relationship with responsibility for marketing and sales handover of leads
• Own demand generation technology stack including Hubspot

Retention & Engagement:

• Develop and execute customer retention campaigns, including email nurturing, in-app messaging, and customer re-engagement efforts.
• Work with the product team to create personalized in-product experiences that drive usage and retention.
• Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving the user journey, onboarding, and overall satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decisions:

• Track and measure the performance of all growth initiatives, leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SFDC) to inform decisions.
• Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and user segmentation to better understand user behavior and improve key metrics (e.g., LTV, churn, CAC).
