This is a sales role. The Head of Wholesale is responsible for winning international wholesale new business , driving new business initiatives, and managing the profitability of account activities. This role involves hunting and winning major global accounts and representing the company at industry events, and aligning trading activities with the company's overall strategy.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Business Development and Sales Management:

• Winning new business and increase sales in the wholesale segment, aiming to add a specific number of new accounts each quarter. This a new business development role.
• Support acquisition of global accounts and tier 1 and 2 international enterprises.
• Manage the buying and selling processes and the overall profitability of accounts.
• This is a target sales role (induvial and team targets)
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and increase market share.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and develop the team's technical and professional skills.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalation for anything related to the partners.
• Regularly communicate updates on account progress and new requirements to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the amendment of contracts to ensure compliance with organizational standards and perform quality checks.

Strategic Representation and Networking:

• Represent CEQUENS at relevant industry events and conferences, ensuring measurable returns on investment.
• Keep the trading team updated with the latest industry changes and developments.
