• Profiles and prospects of the client’s non-targeted customer base group through quality, relevant outbound phone calls.

• Sources new opportunities through outbound calls and effective use of available marketing tools and resources.

• Effectively uses probing skills to develop and continuously update customer profiles in CRM.
