📋 Description

• Extract, organize, and file pay statements, employee records, and other documents from HR systems
• Provide admin support across core HR ops: data entry, onboarding, benefits, reporting, auditing
• Maintain accurate personnel files and protect data integrity.
• Assist with HR projects and provide additional support as priorities arise.
• Work with large volumes of documents/data, meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail.
• Use AI tools responsibly to support research, workflow, reporting, and admin tasks where

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in Human Resources, administration, customer service, or related field.
• Basic understanding of HR practices, processes, and applicable employment laws.
• Ability to enter, extract, organize, and manage data quickly and accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with HRIS; experience with UKG/UltiPro or Rippling is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI tools and practical applications across research, reporting, and
