📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end marketing programs across experience management, content, communications, events
• Translate objectives into briefs with target audiences, messaging, KPIs and success metrics.
• Plan and deliver event experiences and audience journeys, including acquisition and follow-up.
• Develop messaging frameworks, speaker enablement materials and key content assets.
• Manage milestones, budgets, dependencies and cross-functional delivery.
• Apply audience segmentation and journey mapping for cohesive digital experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in B2B marketing, integrated communications or related field.
• Proven leadership of complex programs from strategy to optimization.
• Strong event/experience management, in-person/virtual/hybrid.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Content and communications skills, including storytelling and executive communications.
• Program management skills across multiple workstreams and budgets.
