ROLE OVERVIEW

As part of our strategic initiative to accelerate digital transformation across the organization, we are deploying an integration strategy using an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), specifically Workato. This approach enables seamless interoperability among our various SaaS tools, improving operational efficiency and data consistency.

To support the growing number of integration projects, we are seeking a motivated and detail-orientediPaaS Integration Analyst / Digitalization Assistant. You will play a key role in the operational deployment of system integrations and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our digital ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

Integration Development:

• Design and implement integration workflows on the Workato platform based on defined functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure proper error handling and logging mechanisms within integration flows.

Documentation:

• Produce clear, structured technical documentation for each integration scenario.
• Maintain an updated knowledge base of integration use cases and system behaviors.

Testing and Validation:

• Perform functional testing of workflows.
• Validate the accuracy of data transfers and transformations.

Support and Maintenance:

• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Conduct root cause analysis and data reconciliation when misalignments or errors occur.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, SaaS platform owners, and the IT team to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Stay current with SaaS platform updates and recommend integration improvements.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

• Familiarity with or strong interest in iPaaS platforms (ideally Workato; Zapier, Make, or similar platforms are also relevant).
