📋 Description

• Provide in-person or remote L2 IT support for BridgeBio teams including C-Suite and staff
• Support Windows and Mac OS devices, lab tech, and cloud-based infrastructure
• Manage and improve IT services, processes, and technology alignment
• Collaborate on IT projects and lab environment support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/Business or equivalent experience; 5+ years in corporate IT support
• Strong diagnostic and triage skills; excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS, device management, and IT client tech (laptops, mobile devices
• Setup/administration of IT tools: Intune, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, Okta, Egnyte
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM, SLA concepts; willingness to travel occasionally
• Hybrid/workload capable in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service
