📋 Description

• The IT Support Engineer will deliver reliable, hands-on tech support across the organization.
• Own day-to-day ticket management, troubleshooting, hardware logistics, and IT projects.
• Collaborate with the IT team to strengthen support, improve security, and ensure productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of IT experience across end-user support, security, networks, remote environments, and
• Experience in SaaS-centric environments using Office 365 or Google Workspace, Slack, MDMs to
• Background supporting both Mac and Windows environments for end users.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and strategic thinking to improve IT operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
