The Key Account Manager is responsible for growth of sales and profitability through maintaining and expanding relationship with Key account customers.

The Key Account Manager will be the lead point of communication for all key account matters, anticipate the customers’ needs, work within the company to ensure timeline for the customer are met, and help the client's success.

The Key Account Manager will also bring in new business from existing customers or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential customers.

This position reports to the Account Management Team leader and is part of the BioProcess OpCo of Cytiva Korea located in Incheon and will be fully remote.

What you will do:

• Maximizing sales and profit from assigned key accounts through strategic account management
• Focusing on business visibility improvement through accurate and timely forecasting of order and sales
• Pursuing business opportunity expansion with customer intelligence, market insight and strategic account planning
• Analyze purchase history, customer’s preference and buying behavior
• Identify customer’s organization and influence map
• Understand customer’s short- and long-term strategy and monitor customer’s pipeline evolution and business execution
