Position: Key Account Manager- Hungary

Grow/maintain distribution of Edgewell Personal Care product portfolio of 3 brands (Wilkinson, Bulldog, Hawaiian Tropic) at modern trade customers in the most cost-efficient manner.

• Develop, align, and execute commercial, distribution, price, and trade promotion strategy to deliver the Net Sales & Gross Margin.
• Deliver Net Sales & Gross Margin targets within the main Hungarian retailors (DM, Rossmann, Tesco, Spar,…..).
• Actively collaborate internally with all stakeholders to maximize Edgewell Personal Care customer contribution within given customers.
• Understand competitors as well as own organization.
• Lead the area manager responsible for HU modern trade merchandising (this person also manages the merchandising agency).

• Building relationships with Hungarian retailers.
• Preparation of volume forecasts and turnover forecasts in planning system.
• Preparation of promo plan.
• Responsibility for the implementation of long-term and short-term strategies.
• Conducting annual negotiations with clients, concluding annual contracts.
• Close cooperation stakeholder departments such as Marketing, customer service and Finance.

Required Skills and Experience

• University degree – economic profile preferable.
• At least 5 years of successful experience in sales department (Key Account Manager) in FMCG company. Experience with drug chains is preferable.
• Fluent English (in speech and writing), fluent Hungarian (in speech and writing), any other language is advantage.
