📋 Description

• Lead technical/operational role for Assistant Editing workflow.
• Oversee projects from ingest to final delivery; train Editors and Assistants.
• Develop scalable workflows and best practices across Post.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with Post leadership and other teams to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Assistant Editor or post-production in agency/studio/broadcast.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of codecs, transcoding, color, audio, and post workflows.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-project workflows.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with cloud-based media platforms is a plus (LucidLink, Frame.io, Dropbox).

• Compensation range: $95,000–$105,000 per year.
