As Lead Counsel, you'll run commercial deals, answer the regulatory and product questions that come with operating a payments platform in a regulated market, and handle the everyday legal needs of a fast-growing company, mostly on your own judgment. Reporting to Boulevard’s General Counsel, you'll work autonomously, partner directly with teams across Boulevard, and escalate only the genuinely novel, high-risk, or strategic matters. If you want broad scope, the trust and support to run with it, and the chance to help shape how Legal supports the business, this role is for you.

At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For U.S. based candidates, the anticipated base salary range is $178,200 - $243,600 per year. In addition to this base compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.
