As a Lead Full Stack Developer (Python & Angular) at Emergn you will work across both the Angular frontend and Python backend of our core product, guiding technical direction and mentoring the team within our cross-functional delivery structure.

We want you to:

Facilitate technical decision-making and encourage consistent approaches across the team.
Provide mentoring and support to more junior team members, helping them grow.
Take ownership of complex features and architectural decisions, from design through to deployment and support.
Support effective communication between the team and wider stakeholders, including regular progress updates.
Lead code reviews and pair programming sessions to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and quality within the team.
Support incident response efforts in line with the Incident Response Policy.
