You made it to the very last stage! Here we already strive to cooperate with you and give you an opportunity to meet our leadership team during this informal talk. This step will take around 30 mins.
We are in search of an individual capable of spearheading interactions with our clients. This position entails serving as the primary contact with the accountability for delivery, fostering client relationships, and supervising the team responsible for the tasks. The responsibilities also include technical leadership, getting your hands dirty with code, and effective stakeholder management through close collaboration with clients. Throughout the engagement, the role requires working closely with the client's internal staff and product teams, serving as their strategic delivery partner and trusted advisor.
We believe small, multi-disciplinary teams are most effective in delivering complex change of this nature. As such, this is a crucial role and will require flexibility and the ability to take on different responsibilities over the lifetime of the engagement.

Role requirements - technical skills and experience
This position is well-suited for a seasoned Technical Lead with a background in leading client-facing engagements.
Experience in designing and building custom medium/large AND/OR enterprise applications for external clients
Experience in MongoDB OR another NoSQL databses
Experience in Python AND/OR
Team leading and overseeing delivery of a few distributed teams
Experience in Kafka (or similar technology)
Key attributes and behaviours to succeed in this role will be:
Delivery focus - strong analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to evaluate, design and implement effective solutions. Flexibility to adapt skills to a spectrum of client engagements, use cases and modes of change delivery
