• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous, complex problems into clear priorities
• Strong technical depth and ability to challenge solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and make production
• Comfortable working with data, including defining meaningful metrics, interpreting funnels and
• Strong business and market awareness, including understanding Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
