Description:

• Seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer with VoIP and SIP stack expertise for the Net2Phone UCaaS platform team.
• Focus on manual testing, microservices/API validation, requirements testing, and establishing release guidelines.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in QA Engineering with a focus on Backend and API/Microservices testing (REST, JSON, gRPC).
• 2+ years in VoIP/SIP Protocol Testing, including call flow verification and media stream validation.
• Strong command of Linux CLI and SIP tracing tools (e.g., Hepic, CP Tools, tcpdump).
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Nice to have: Experience with load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling), build testing, and Java programming.
