The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience handling legal or medical documentation, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lien negotiators with the review, organization, and analysis of medical bills, insurance statements, and lien documents

• Request, track, and follow up on lien information, itemized statements, and account balances

• Review, analyze, and account for medical bills and subrogation liens for distribution sheets

• Maintain accurate and updated lien logs, case notes, and documentation within the firm’s case management system

• Manage correspondence from subrogation providers and notify lien negotiators of communications requiring action

• Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and attorneys to ensure smooth case closure and timely disbursement

• Handle data entry and document management with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Uphold confidentiality and comply with all legal, ethical, and firm-specific standards

• Prioritize and manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Previous experience in Personal Injury

• Knowledge of medical terminology and legal documentation

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and data entry

• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
