📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, and actively manage the master preventive maintenance program across all facility
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Infrastructure teams, vendors, and Operations to align with
• Create and manage Methods of Procedure (MOPs), ensuring they are accurate and approved
• Track maintenance execution in real time and ensure work is completed and documented
• Identify scheduling conflicts and operational risks; adjust plans or escalate as needed
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, scheduling, and readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in maintenance coordination, facilities operations, or similar roles
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs or CMMS platforms
• Strong coordination with vendors, technical teams, and operational stakeholders
• Strong documentation and audit discipline; attention to detail
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, documentation systems, and email
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with urgency
