A dedicated coordinator is required to support department-wide resource, account and administrative coordination across Managed Services, Business Enablement and Transformation.

• Support candidate sourcing and screening for department requirements.
• Coordinate employment, onboarding and resource mobilisation activities.
• Coordinate account and client-relationship follow-ups for the department.
• Arrange weekly team meetings and client meetings.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical managers on service-level reports and weekly presentations.
• Coordinate department administrative requests, including leave requests, visa renewals and medical-related requirements.
• Support business-analysis activities and perform QA/QC reviews.
• Prepare presentations and management updates.
• Coordinate engagement across all department teams

Requirements

• Minimum two years of relevant experience.

• Technical degree or relevant technical courses/certifications.
• Business-analysis and QA/QC skills.
• PowerPoint skills are an advantage.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Able to work remotely and travel to the UAE when required.
• Able to multitask, remain highly available, work under pressure and operate flexibly in an agile environment.
• Available to join within two to three weeks.
