• Lead the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of data center hardware across SpaceX sites.
• Hands-on technical work: rack servers, power/cooling issues, and high-density GPU clusters.
• Set hardware standards and configurations aligned with security requirements for TS/SCI.
• Oversee 24/7 reliability for mission-critical systems and coordinate a distributed team.
• Collaborate with network, security, facilities, and compute teams on new builds and expansions.
• Drive vendor relationships, roadmaps, spares, and budgets for data center infrastructure.
