OPPORTUNITY The Manager, Healthcare Analytics & Reporting is responsible for leading the development, governance, and optimization of enterprise analytics and reporting solutions that support value-based care operations, medical economics, clinical performance management, and strategic decision-making. This role combines advanced technical expertise, healthcare analytics knowledge, data engineering capabilities, data integration and interoperability expertise utilizing APIs and related technologies, and business intelligence leadership to deliver scalable reporting, actionable insights, and innovative analytics solutions across the organization.
The Manager, Healthcare Analytics & Reporting will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of reporting infrastructure, Power BI solutions, semantic data models, and dashboard governance standards. This individual will also drive innovation through the evaluation and adoption of AI-enabled analytics and emerging technologies. The role will collaborate closely with Medical Economics, Clinical Operations, IT, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions that drive operational performance.
This position requires an individual who can bridge the gap between complex healthcare data and business strategy by translating analytical findings into actionable insights that drive measurable performance improvement across value-based care programs. The role will be responsible for developing operational metrics, establishing key performance indicators, and delivering reporting solutions that provide leaders with visibility into organizational performance, trends, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Actuarial & Medical Economics, the Manager, Healthcare Analytics & Reporting will serve as a key analytics leader responsible for advancing the organization's reporting strategy, ensuring data accessibility and reporting accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
