📋 Description

• Lead the Mid-Market and Enterprise SE teams and shape go-to-market for Solutions Engineering.
• Operate as a player-coach, engaging in strategic deals while developing the team.
• Support complex sales cycles with technical guidance, architecture, demos, and product evaluation.
• Serve as trusted advisor and executive contact for large customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and R&D to shape vertical GTM motions.
• Foster a customer-obsessed pre-sales culture from outbound to implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years pre-sales experience (Sales Engineer/SE/Architect or related).
• 2+ years leading technical pre-sales teams with hiring and mentoring experience.
• Experience selling AI, data, or highly technical products; or strong AI curiosity.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high-pressure customer issues.
• Humility and eagerness to learn to support the team and customers.
• Track record of delivering revenue, forecasting, and team development.
