We're looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant, based in Syria and working fully remotely, to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and supporting a fast-moving team. Rather than creating marketing campaigns, you'll help our marketing operations run smoothly by managing records, maintaining spreadsheets, organizing documentation, and keeping follow-ups on track, while working closely with our Marketing Manager and gaining exposure to an international business environment.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and internal databases
• Collect, organize, and verify information before entering it into CRM systems
• Perform accurate data entry, keeping records complete and up to date
• Follow up on website submissions and ensure required actions are completed
• Organize folders, files, and internal documentation
• Proofread articles and written content before publication
• Manage calendars, reminders, and recurring administrative tasks
• Track ongoing tasks and ensure deadlines and follow-ups are met
• Assist with preparing reports and maintaining operational records
• Support the Marketing Manager with general administrative and operational activities
• Assist with additional operational projects as the Marketing team grows
