📋 Description

• Prepare monthly management reporting packages, including P&L and cash flow reporting, with
• Own budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles from planning through delivery, ensuring accuracy
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for existing and new business directions to support
• Improve and automate reporting processes, including data consolidation, reporting workflows, and
• Monitor key Delivery and Sales KPIs that influence revenue and profitability, identifying risks and
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and translate

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role, ideally within
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including practical experience with US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience working across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Google Sheets proficiency, including complex formulas, QUERY functions, pivot tables, and
• Strong business acumen and the ability to move beyond reporting numbers to explain what they mean
