As an experienced Mortgage Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a team of advisors to find the right products for their clients, ensuring that streamlined processes are implemented, actioned and embedded to increase conversions, whilst maintain high standards and consistency - within my clients high performing Mortgage Team.

You’ll be working with the most advanced, user-friendly brokerage system on the market, which enables advisors to automate and eliminate a lot of the boring, manual tasks — like completing paperwork or rekeying data — so you can spend more time doing what you do best: helping your team to help more customers.

Requirements

• Have at least 5+ years’ experience as a Mortgage Team Manager / Senior Mortgage Manager within a Mortgage Brokerage, or IFA
• Proven track record of managing successful teams of 10-15 Mortgage Advisors
• Be CeMAP qualified, previous advisor experience is essential
• Have a passion for coaching and developing people, helping them to achieve their career goals
• Have direct experience advising on whole of market solutions
• Be open to new and innovative ways of working, while also maintaining high standards of quality and excellence
• Have a desire to embrace technology to make your life easier and provide an improved experience for your clients
