Objective

• Budget Adherence: Produce high-quality work that adheres to the allocated budget. Contribute to the team's cost-saving goals and ensure consistent financial efficiency in creative production.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to optimize processes and reduce production costs without sacrificing quality. Achieve set monthly cost-saving targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in motion design, preferably within the mobile gaming industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effect)
• Strong understanding of mobile game aesthetics and user experience.
