About the Role

Community Outreach Partners (COP) is seeking a highlyorganized, strategic, and relationship-driven National Program Manager (PM) to lead some of the nation's largest telecommunications and broadband salesprograms.

This role serves as the primary liaison between COP and ourenterprise clients ensuring program performance, client satisfaction, andlong-term growth.

Unlike a traditional account management role, this positioncombines client strategy, business consulting, operational leadership, andperformance management. The Program Manager owns the overall health of assignedprograms while partnering closely with internal National Sales Consultants toensure client expectations are successfully translated into field execution.

The ideal candidate enjoys building executive relationships,presenting data-driven insights, solving complex business challenges, anddriving measurable growth across multiple markets.

What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national clients
Build trusted relationships with regional and national client leadership
Lead weekly business updates, strategic planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Translate client initiatives into actionable plans for internal teams
Ensure consistent communication, accountability, and execution across all stakeholders

Program Strategy & Performance

Own overall program performance across multiple markets
Monitor sales, completion, quality, compliance, and operational KPIs
