• Engage with Techstars founders and plan activities, meetings and events
• Coordinate scheduling of mentors, partners, founders, sponsors
• Follow program curriculum and best practices
• Plan events, set up and execute logistics
• Develop scalable processes to optimize founder work
• Enter and track program data

🎯 Requirements

• Currently live in DC or willing to relocate for Sep–Dec 2026
• Commit to full-time for three months; available days and occasional evenings
• Hyper-organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with ops/logistics/event planning experience
• Interest in tech startups, entrepreneurship, venture capital

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
