📋 Description

• Support the administration and day-to-day operational execution of the residency matching process
• Execute match-related activities and validate operational data to maintain accuracy, integrity
• Develop, review, and maintain operational schedules, procedures, workflows, business processes
• Assess new system functionality, policy changes, and business requirements, incorporating relevant
• Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making
• Support testing for system releases, enhancements, implementations, and operational changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, analytics, health
• At least 3 years of experience in operations, administration, client services, project
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability
• Demonstrated experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable operational
• Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy and data quality.
• Experience identifying opportunities to improve business processes and operational workflows.
