How will you make an impact?
The Operations Development Manager II - US Growth will lead strategic operational improvement initiatives and drive growth across Jabil's US operations. This role focuses on optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring operational excellence to support business expansion and efficiency targets.

This role can be remote or will be based onsite at one of our US sites and will require 75% travel.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement operational strategies and programs to support Jabil's growth objectives within the US market.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex operational challenges, particularly those related to new business integration and scaling and opening new sites / buildings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality across US facilities.
• Collaborate with business development, sales, and site leadership to translate growth opportunities into actionable operational plans and resource requirements.
• Manage project portfolios, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control for operational development projects.
• Conduct thorough operational assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs for operational teams on new processes, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of operational development initiatives, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert in manufacturing operations, supply chain, and logistics, providing guidance and support to various stakeholders.
