Part-Time Customer Success & Implementation Manager (DACH)

We are looking for someone to support our customers in the DACH region and help them get the most out of Abler.

This is a part-time contractor role (around 10-20 hours per week to start), with the opportunity to grow over time as we expand in the region.

The Role

You will work closely with new and existing customers, helping them get set up and making sure they are successful using Abler.

This includes onboarding new clubs, answering questions, supporting them in their day-to-day use, and making sure they feel confident using the platform.

You will be part of our wider Customer Success and Support team, so you will not be alone. We will train you and support you closely, and you will have clear processes to follow. This role is not only about support. You will also play an important role in shaping how we work with customers in the DACH region. That includes collecting feedback, sharing insights with our product team, and helping us improve both the product and how we support our customers.

In addition, depending on your interest and capacity, the role can expand into supporting our go-to-market efforts in the DACH region. This may include helping identify potential customers, mapping the market, or supporting early business development activities.

From time to time, the role may also include visiting customers in person.

What You'll Do

• Help onboard new clubs and guide them through setup
• Answer customer questions and support them in using the platform
• Work closely with clubs to make sure they are getting value from Abler
• Collect customer feedback and bring it back to our product and development team
• Support the development of how we approach customer success and implementation in DACH
• Create and improve help materials, guides, and simple support content for customers
• Support go-to-market and market development activities where needed, such as identifying potential customers or stakeholders
• Occasionally visit customers in person

What We're Looking For

• Someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems
• A strong connection to sport, through playing, coaching, or working in a club
• Comfortable using everyday digital tools and systems
• You do not need to be highly technical, but you should be confident working with common software and willing to learn. We will train you on Abler
• Organised and reliable, with good communication skills
• Comfortable speaking and writing in German and English
• Based in the DACH region
• Experience with Abler is definitely a plus
• Spanish language skills are a big plus, as there may be opportunities to support customers or activities in that region as well
