📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations of the NYC office, including supplies, pantry, mail, conference rooms
• Manage relationships with building management, caterers, and office vendors; track and reconcile
• Greet and host employees, candidates, and visitors; manage building access and the visitor log
• Lead office culture and employee engagement initiatives including team lunches, celebrations
• Help plan and execute office events, on-sites, and team gatherings end-to-end, from venue and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, hospitality, or a similar
• A warm, professional communication style and a genuine customer-service mindset toward employees
