• 5+ years of experience in case management, partner operations, tier-2/3 support coordination, or
• Demonstrated resilience and hands-on problem-solving with a history of driving initiatives to
• Exceptional ability to audit processes, identify workflow inefficiencies, and implement scalable
• Strong flexibility and adaptability in high-growth environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Coupa, Google Workspace, and enterprise search platforms
• Ability to work full United States business hours (CST alignment).
