What we're looking for:

Must-have

3+ years in HR operations or an equivalent role supporting 100+ headcount;

Hands-on ownership of the full employee lifecycle, with proven strength in onboarding;

Working expertise with an HRIS - HiBob strongly preferred - including reporting and configuration;

Track record of partnering with managers to sustain a performance-based culture;

Comfort operating in a fast-changing remote environment and adapting quickly;

Strong planning and prioritization; you follow through without being chased;

Upper-Intermediate+ English, written and spoken, Fluent Ukrainian.

Nice-to-have

Experience building AI agents or automations for HR workflows;

Advanced Notion (databases, relations, automations);

Experience running an HR self-service or knowledge base system.
