• Extensive professional C++ development experience in performance-critical software.
• Experience shipping commercial game/engine/real-time systems.
• Ownership of foundational engine systems beyond gameplay or tooling.
• Experience with physics engines, ECS, job systems, and runtime scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of data-oriented design, memory, and performance-sensitive data structures.
• Proficient in profiling and debugging for CPU/memory issues and bottlenecks.
