We’re looking for a Polish Games Translation & Localization Specialist to join our world-class localization team. In this role, you’ll translate and localize gaming content into Polish with exceptional linguistic quality, cultural relevance, and attention to detail. You’ll collaborate with fellow localization specialists and cross-functional partners to deliver accurate, engaging content for players and customers.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Polish language expertise with a genuine passion for gaming. You’ll work across new releases, marketing materials, support content, and other customer-facing communications while managing changing priorities and occasional last-minute updates.

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $33.65 to $43.25 USD per hour, with a midpoint of $38.45 USD per hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
This role may be performed remotely from within the United States. The team’s core coverage hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Alternative schedules may be available based on the employee’s time zone and existing team coverage. When Pacific Time coverage is needed, employees must be available to work the established core hours.
