Description:

• Join Rescale's Compliance team to automate and mature a multi-framework compliance program.
• Serve as a senior contributor driving control implementation, audit readiness, and cross-framework harmonization.
• Own complex compliance problems from control design to auditor engagement.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with multiple compliance frameworks and audits.
• Deep expertise in at least one security framework (e.g., SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
• Exposure to other frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ITAR) and relevant certifications (CISM, CISSP) are a plus.
• US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
