📋 Description

• Develop and implement the global procurement strategy in line with company and departmental
• Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, and sourcing processes across all PSD locations
• Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and strategic supplier partnerships
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring inventory accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management
• University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law
• Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent advantageous
• Experience with tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier management
• ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or equivalent
• Advanced Excel skills with reporting and analytics; strong English communication
