Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Up to 2 years of experience in program coordination, learning and development, talent management, or related areas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills for working with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Insurance or financial services industry experience a plus but not required.
