At Autopilot, you won’t just write code - you’ll shape the product. As a Product Engineer, you’ll own features end-to-end and help redefine what’s possible in fintech.

You’ll help build an ambitious product from the ground up, with a team that values speed, craft, and autonomy. If you’re ready to make an outsized impact in fintech, we’d love to meet you.
You'll join a fast-moving team building modern web applications that process and optimize financial data at scale. This is a full-stack role with strong emphasis on backend engineering:
Build scalable backend services in NodeJS
Develop responsive UIs with React Router v7
Write clean, well-tested code across the stack
Optimize database queries and data pipelines (PostgreSQL)
Improve observability, monitoring, and infrastructure
Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering practices
5+ years of experience in product-focused engineering
Strong ownership mindset and startup readiness
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, tRPC and OpenAPI
Comfortable with React + TypeScript for cross-functional work
Built high-performance, low-latency systems
