Hands-On Scope

• Own roadmap and feature definition, with strong taste in UX/UI and interaction design
• Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features
• Map the full product surface area: dashboard → every feature → how it connects across modules
• Translate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education

How You Operate

• Extremely curious: Explores every corner of Central, asks “why,” challenges decisions, and proposes better alternatives
• Obsessive about friction: Identifies uncaptured opportunities, inconsistencies, and missing connections between modules
• Cross-references spec vs staging vs production state to catch gaps and regressions
• Extremely Data-driven + customer-centric: uses usage signals + customer feedback to prioritize what matters
• Action-oriented prioritizer: avoids overbuilding, reduces UI clutter, and ships the simplest solution that works
